Patient-Centered Care
Every session starts with what matters to the senior: taste, energy, walking confidence, sleep or simply feeling less confused by medical paperwork.
Who We Are
Wild Glow Nutrition exists for older adults who want medical counselling that still feels personal. We sit with the full picture: diagnoses, medicines, appetite, sleep, movement, mood and the people who help at home. Then we translate that picture into a plan a senior can live with.
Our work is counselling, not a replacement for emergency care or hospital treatment. We help families understand reports, prepare questions for their physicians, and build nutrition and lifestyle routines that protect independence.
Why Families Choose Us
Every session starts with what matters to the senior: taste, energy, walking confidence, sleep or simply feeling less confused by medical paperwork.
Caregivers receive the same written plan so shopping, cooking and medicine timing stay consistent during the week.
We explain laboratory trends, nutrition science and medication food interactions without jargon, and without rushing.
Follow-up visits refine the plan as appetite, mobility or new prescriptions change. Support is available between sessions by secure message.

Kind Words
“They treated my mother as a partner, not a problem. The nutrition notes after her heart counselling session are still on our fridge.”

“I understood my laboratory results for the first time. The counsellor connected each number to breakfast, walking and sleep.”

“Respectful, unhurried and practical. My energy improved once we stopped chasing restrictive diets and focused on protein I actually enjoy.”

Spaces
Calm rooms designed for conversation, not crowded waiting halls. Photos show the character of our suites; we share visit details by email after you book.
It is a scheduled conversation with a clinician who reviews your health story, nutrition, medicines and daily life, then gives written, practical guidance. It complements, rather than replaces, your existing medical team.
They are helpful when available, but you can still book. We work with the information you have and note which questions to take to your physician.
Yes. With your permission, a trusted person may attend in person or by video so the household hears the same plan.
No. If you have chest pain, sudden weakness, severe shortness of breath or other urgent symptoms, use local emergency services immediately.
You receive a written summary by the email you provide on the appointment form. You choose whether a caregiver is copied.
