These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to wildglownutrition.com (the “Site”) and the senior medical counselling information, appointment requests, newsletter tools and related educational materials offered by Wild Glow Nutrition (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Wild Glow Nutrition provides educational content and counselling-oriented services designed for older adults, caregivers and families who want clearer guidance on nutrition, medicines as they relate to meals, mobility, memory, sleep and everyday wellbeing. Our clinicians offer scheduled counselling conversations. We are not an emergency department, urgent-care clinic, pharmacy or hospital, and nothing on this Site creates a physician–patient relationship until a counselling agreement is separately confirmed in writing after your request is reviewed.
Content on the Site is general information about senior medical counselling. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, laboratory order or instruction to start, stop or change any medicine, supplement or medical device. Always discuss personal decisions with the clinicians who already know your history.
The Site is intended for adults. If you are completing a form on behalf of an older adult, you confirm that you have that person’s permission to share their information, or that you have lawful authority to do so. You remain responsible for the accuracy of names, emails, health descriptions and appointment preferences you submit.
We welcome caregivers as participants in counselling when the senior consents. A caregiver’s presence does not transfer decision-making rights unless those rights already exist under applicable law.
Do not use this Site, email or appointment forms for chest pain, sudden weakness, trouble speaking, severe shortness of breath, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected stroke, suicidal thoughts, poisoning or any other emergency. Use local emergency services immediately. Delay caused by waiting for a website reply can be harmful. Our “24/7 support” language refers to message handling for existing counselling clients within operational capacity, not ambulance or crisis dispatch.
Forms on the Site are client-side request tools. Submitting a form does not reserve a clinician, lock a time slot or commence treatment. A representative reviews requests and may contact you using the email you provide. We may decline, reschedule or suggest a different counsellor when a request is outside our scope, incomplete, or better served by another type of care.
You agree to provide truthful information. Misleading descriptions of symptoms, medicines or identity may result in cancellation of the request.
Senior medical counselling at Wild Glow Nutrition typically includes listening, reviewing information you choose to share, explaining concepts in accessible language, and offering nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that complement care from your existing medical team. Counselling may include written summaries. It does not replace imaging, surgery, inpatient care, psychotherapy where clinically indicated, or specialist treatment for acute disease.
Nutrition guidance is individualised. A recommendation suitable for one older adult may be inappropriate for another, especially where kidney function, swallowing, diabetes, heart failure or food allergies are involved. You must not treat website articles as a personal meal prescription.
Blog posts, service pages and testimonials describe common themes in geriatric nutrition and counselling. They may simplify complex science for readability. Statistics, pathways and examples are illustrative. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results. Clinician biographies are provided for orientation; availability changes.
We may update, correct or withdraw content at any time without notice. Older articles can become outdated as nutrition science and clinical practice evolve.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that impairs others, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, harass staff or other visitors, or use the contact tools to send advertising. You may not copy substantial portions of our original counselling materials for commercial resale.
The Wild Glow Nutrition name, plus-and-glow mark, original text, layout and graphics on this Site are owned by us or used under licence. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce our counselling worksheets, brand assets or long-form articles without written permission, except for brief quotation with credit and a link to the source page.
Footer social icons and any outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites, their privacy practices or their accuracy. Following a social link is at your own discretion. Sharing our public pages on your own channels is welcome if the share is not misleading and does not imply we endorse a product we have not reviewed.
If you join our email list, you consent to receive educational notes about senior counselling, nutrition themes and service updates. Frequency varies. You may unsubscribe at any time through the Unsubscribe Email page in the footer. Unsubscribe requests are processed as described on that page. Transactional messages related to an appointment request you initiated may still be sent as needed to complete that request.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because this demonstration Site processes forms only in your browser, no record is stored on a server by the form scripts themselves. If you later engage us through other channels, additional privacy notices may apply.
Any description of counselling pathways is informational. Fees, session length and package details are confirmed privately after a request. We do not guarantee a particular clinical outcome. Healthy ageing is influenced by many factors outside counselling, including genetics, environment, other clinicians’ decisions and the senior’s own preferences.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nutrition and ageing science is incomplete; reasonable clinicians may differ.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Glow Nutrition and its clinicians, authors and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill or anticipated outcomes, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on general educational content. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific counselling service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or a nominal amount where no fee was paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Glow Nutrition from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submission of information you were not authorised to share, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our wilful misconduct.
We may modify pages, discontinue a service description, or update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting existing counselling clients, we may also send a notice to the email on file.
We may suspend access to forms or content if we believe these Terms are being violated, if a request appears fraudulent, or if continued contact would be unsafe or inappropriate. You may stop using the Site at any time.
These Terms are written for a general audience of seniors and families. Headings are for convenience only. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior website terms, without affecting any separate counselling agreement you may later sign.
