Wild Glow Nutrition respects the dignity and privacy of older adults, caregivers and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information our website wildglownutrition.com (the “Site”) is designed to handle, how forms behave, and how we think about health-related details in a counselling context. Please read it together with our Terms & Services.
This Site is a static, client-side experience. Appointment, contact, subscribe and unsubscribe forms validate information in your browser and display a confirmation message. They do not currently transmit data to a server or store it in a database. If we later connect forms to a live mailbox or practice system, we will update this Policy and, where required, notify subscribers.
Wild Glow Nutrition is the organisation responsible for this Site and for senior medical counselling services described on it. We act as a controller of website enquiry data when a live service is connected. During counselling relationships that occur off this static Site, we also handle information needed to provide care, education and follow-up summaries.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive health details for advertising networks.
Depending on the form, you may type:
Please share only what is needed for us to understand your request. Do not paste full medical records, government identity numbers, financial account details or another person’s private information without permission.
Like most websites, our hosting environment or your browser may record technical data such as browser type, general device category, language, referring page and timestamps. We do not use that technical data to make clinical decisions. We do not display advertising pixels on counselling content for the purpose of building marketing profiles of seniors.
If analytics are added in future, they will be configured to minimise identifiability, and this Policy will describe the tool, retention and opt-out path.
Messages about diagnoses, medicines, swallowing, memory or family dynamics can be sensitive. Treat form fields as you would a letter to a clinic: clear, necessary and respectful. On this static Site, those words remain in your browser unless you copy them elsewhere. When a live counselling relationship begins, we use health details only to prepare the session, write your summary, coordinate with clinicians you nominate, and keep a responsible record of advice given.
We do not publish identifiable client stories without written permission. Testimonials on the Site use first names or roles and do not disclose clinical file numbers.
If you write on behalf of an older adult, you should have their agreement or lawful authority. We prefer the senior’s own email for summaries unless they ask us to copy a caregiver. You should not submit a relative’s information to our newsletter without that person’s knowledge.
When live processing is enabled, we would use information to:
We do not use counselling content to train public generative models.
Depending on your location, we may rely on: your consent (newsletters and optional marketing); steps requested before a counselling contract (appointment forms); our legitimate interests in running a respectful website and preventing abuse; and legal obligations related to health records, safeguarding or dispute resolution. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time via the Unsubscribe Email page without affecting counselling already provided.
Essential cookies or local storage may keep a page usable (for example, remembering that a menu is open). This static version does not set advertising cookies. If we introduce optional analytics or video embeds, we will provide a choice where required and list the cookies, their purpose and duration.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect layout or form convenience but will not prevent you from reading educational pages.
We do not sell lists of seniors or caregivers. We would share information only:
Social sharing buttons in the footer link to public platforms. If you follow them, those platforms apply their own policies.
Browser-only form submissions on this static Site are not retained by us after you close the page, other than whatever your own device keeps. Counselling records, once a professional relationship exists, are kept for the period required by applicable professional rules and then securely deleted or archived. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not accidentally email you again.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a counselling practice website, including HTTPS where the host provides it and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use a private device when describing health details, and be cautious on shared family computers.
The Site may be viewed from many places. We do not claim that counselling is licensed in every jurisdiction. If you contact us from another region, your message may be read by our team where we operate. We avoid collecting more than we need precisely because cross-border health data is sensitive.
This Site is designed for senior medical counselling and adult caregivers. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child submitted a form, email hello@wildglownutrition.com so we can delete any live record if one exists.
Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information we hold, or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn on the Unsubscribe Email page. To exercise rights related to a live counselling file, email hello@wildglownutrition.com from the address we have on record and describe your request. We may need to verify identity before changing a health record, because protecting seniors from unauthorised access is part of privacy, not an obstacle to it.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection or health privacy authority in your region. We hope you will contact us first so we can try to put things right.
We do not use solely automated systems to decide whether you receive counselling, what nutrition advice you should follow, or whether a request is clinically urgent. Human clinicians remain responsible for professional judgement.
Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from public content-delivery networks so pages render consistently. Those providers receive standard technical requests from your browser. We choose reputable vendors and will list additional processors here if the stack changes.
Images on the Site are professional photographs used to illustrate senior care, nutrition and counselling environments. They are not photographs of your private medical file. If you believe an image depicts you and you want it reviewed, contact us with details.
We will update this Policy when our practices, forms or hosting change. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Material changes that affect how we handle health or newsletter data will be highlighted on this page and, where we have an email for you, we may send a notice.
Privacy questions may be sent to hello@wildglownutrition.com. Please do not use that inbox for medical emergencies. For counselling session requests, use the Appointment or Contact pages after you have read this Policy and our Terms.
Thank you for trusting Wild Glow Nutrition with conversations that matter in later life. Privacy, in our view, is part of respectful care: the right to be heard, the right to be accurately recorded, and the right not to be turned into a marketing profile.
